  3. Follow the payment instructions provided in the invoice.
  4. After making the payment, send the proof of payment to order@masdewa.com for order processing.
  5. Your order will be processed once payment confirmation is received, with the creation of your custom piece typically taking 7-14 days. Once complete, we’ll contact you directly to arrange for shipment.
  6. If the final price is lower than the checkout price, the excess payment will be refunded.

For checkout, we currently support IDR, USD, and EUR. If your selected currency is not supported, please switch to IDR, USD, or EUR at checkout to complete your transaction.

You can browse in your preferred currency for reference, but the final payment must be made in one of the supported currencies.

We offer the following payment methods:

Estimated delivery time:

Most orders will be shipped from our office within 2X24 hours of payments received and cleared.

We ship all orders from Monday to Saturday. Weekends orders will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday, if Monday is a Holiday. Delivery time for all domestic orders is 3 to 7 business days.

Delivery time for international orders is 4 to 7 business days.

International buyers are fully responsible for any additional fees imposed by customs, including any tariffs and duties.

We are offers only highest quality goods, If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return with its original invoice and including all tags. Sized or altered merchandise is NON-RETURNDABLE. Should you receive merchandise that is defective, please contact us at: 1800-822-2254 or via e-mail: info@masdewa.com within 10 days following your invoice date. We cannot accept any merchandise after 30days.
