At Masdewa, we are committed to offering only the highest quality jewelry. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions.
Return Requirements
- Returns must be accompanied by the original invoice and all attached tags.
- Merchandise that has been sized, altered, or worn is non-returnable.
Defective Items
If you receive defective merchandise, please contact us within 10 days of your invoice date. You can:

Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the invoice date. Returns beyond this time frame cannot be processed.

- Ensure that the item is packed securely in its original packaging to protect it during transit.
